Presentation term

This receit is the registered record on October 3,the 20rd year of Heisei(2008). But the justice:Sugiura said that I had presented to pass away the time limit to submit because the recieved date at the court is on October 4,the 20rd year of Heisei(2008). There is the law that about a mail by registered record in Article 107(3) in the Civil Action Law. It is "When one sent a mail in registered record can regard as the sent date. This is violation on Article 2 of the Civil Action Law.
